Iarnród Éireann Irish Rail is delivering a record investment programme: new fleets, electrification and the DART+ expansion of the Dublin network. The company has decided this spending should do more than build a railway, embedding social value into procurement so that every contract can return benefit to the communities the railway serves.

To tell that story, Iarnród Éireann made this video about their social value work and the part Thrive plays in it.
