Economist and Senior Economist
We are looking for two new Economists to join our team. The Economics Team at Thrive works at the cutting-edge of welfare economics, social value measurement, cost-benefit analysis (CBA) and econometrics.
As an Economist, you will be at the forefront of designing and applying innovative methods to quantify social impact. You’ll work across sectors and countries translating outcomes into rigorous, meaningful economic evidence that informs real policy and investment decisions. You will work will leading globally-renowned experts in this sector.
In the Senior Economist role you will also manage the economist team, lead and manage projects, liaise directly with clients, work on product and services development, and be responsible for quality assurance and deadlines of our work and projects.

Customer Success Manager
We are looking for a Customer Success Manager who will play a pivotal role in delivering long-term value to our customers. You will be a strategic partner, commercial thinker and product expert who builds strong relationships and drives account growth. You will lead onboarding and training, identify opportunities for expansion, and work proactively to protect customer health and secure renewals.
You’ll manage a portfolio of customers, ensuring they receive consistent support, stay engaged and get real value from their partnership with Thrive. This role will suit somebody with a desire to drive positive change in social sustainability, as you will play an important role in helping our customers measure and report their impact on society.
