Customer Success Manager
We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our team. As a CSM at Thrive, you will play a pivotal role in delivering long-term value to our customers. You’ll manage a portfolio of customers, ensuring they receive consistent support, stay engaged, and get real value from their partnership with Thrive. Beyond your customer-facing work, you’ll contribute to internal processes, support junior team members, and help ensure the customer perspective is represented across the business.
This role will suit somebody with a desire to drive positive change in social sustainability, ready to play a key role in the continued growth of the company as part of a small but agile team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in helping our customers report their positive impact on society.

Social Sustainability Consultant
We are seeking a highly capable and client-focused Consultant to join our team. Reporting to the Principal Consultant, this role is central to delivering Thrive’s consulting services, with a focus on supporting our clients to embed robust, credible and impactful social sustainability practices. You will work directly with clients to design and deliver tailored solutions that reflect their organisational context, strengthen social value reporting, and drive measurable outcomes.
