Accessibility testing of the Thrive Social Value Module was carried out in January 2026 against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines WCAG 2.2 Level AA. Testing covered key user journeys including login, project management, supplier forms, metrics, and needs analysis, using manual review, keyboard-only navigation, and automated scanning tools.
The platform partially conforms to WCAG 2.2 Level AA. Core workflows such as login and project management are accessible via keyboard navigation and remain usable at up to 200 percent zoom. Some accessibility issues were identified, including limited scaling of certain interface elements, missing screen reader labels, and occasionally inconsistent focus indicators.
We have logged remediation work for these issues and plan to address them as part of our ongoing development, with next retesting scheduled for March 2026.
